Not going to lie…barely knew what day it was today and wasn’t sure the last time I’d updated the blog 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

We had a jam packed week followed by this blur of a weekend (yes, it’s Wednesday and it’s still the weekend) as we all “hurry up and wait” on the world’s slowest hurricane!

I cannot believe this sweet babe is 3 months old already!!! She’s full of smiles, snuggles and wiggles!

She makes the sweetest little squeaky noises and snores in her sleep. 🤣 Leighton is still the chilllest, best sleeping baby and great at occupying herself; though she prefers to be held and knows just the right smile with these chunky cheeks gets her picked up by anyone and everyone.

Elle likes to kick her legs, roll around and babble and squeal. She spends a solid hour a day on her play mat smiling at herself in the mirror. 😂

She’s still not much of a pacifier baby which is weird to me since K was obsessed from the womb. She’s a great self soother and only uses it to go back to sleep at night or when she’s fighting a nap. She’s also started sucking on her hands lately and practically gags herself nomming on her fist. 🤦🏼‍♀️

The most exciting news and development is she’s gained enough coordination to put her binky back in her mouth while we’re in the car. 👏🏼

She still isn’t a huge fan of riding in the car but she’s gotten much better! If she’s not having it, there’s no calming her down. 😅

While she keeps growing way too quickly and many things are changing, some never will…

KB is still our little wild child. The energy never ends! She’s got an obsession with painting and says “how about paint?” Every. Single. Day. Usually before 7a which is always a hard no. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Kensie has been BEGGING for a necklace & earrings and full disclosure: I used it to bribe her; but, my master plan sorta backfired and she ended up with a necklace & a “make up” kit. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Her latest hobby is asking anyone and everyone if she can do their make up. It’s quite the experience…😜

There’s not a day this kid doesn’t have us laughing at something and she doesn’t spare any entertainment for babysitters either. Our friend Sarah sent us this photo of Kens breastfeeding her babydoll and told her it was “on her nipple” 😂😂😂

I mean, at least it’s accurate. 😆

She loves to play “ring-around the rosey” and clearly still wears her Anna and Elsa dresses at every opportunity.

The never ending hurricane/holiday weekend has probably been K’s fave since it’s been nonstop days of hanging with friends and family!

And of course she’s loving all the extra time with her “baby sisterrr”.

Watching these girls together makes me a little less sad at how quickly L is growing and more excited to watch these 2 together as she grows! 🥰
